The architecture makes this mathematically impossible, not just a policy promise. End-to-end encryption with user-generated keys means Brivora cannot access user data even if compelled by court order. There is no master key. There is no backdoor. There is no recovery mechanism.

Zero. Not "minimal telemetry for product improvement." Not "anonymous usage data." Zero. If you run Brivora on an air-gapped machine, it works identically. No network calls home. No feature flags. No error reporting. Nothing.

If the acquirer won't honor them, the acquisition doesn't happen. AGPL ensures the community can fork. The Guarantee is published on-chain and cannot be deleted. Even if Brivora is acquired, the commitments remain permanent and verifiable.

Brivora is an equalizer. Tor mirrors ensure access from censored countries. No geofencing. No IP blocking. No discriminatory pricing. The same tools, at the same price (free), for everyone on earth.
The license enforces open source. The community can fork if any commitment is broken.
